Repeat Prescriptions

You may order prescriptions by emailing Prescriptions.Z00164@gp.hscni.net  , or by phoning our repeat prescription line on 028 9070 9099 .

You must inform us when ordering your prescriptions which local pharmacy you prefer to collect on your behalf.

Urgent prescriptions can be collected from reception by prior arrangement.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR PHARMACY IN ADVANCE!

 Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Please DO NOT telephone the surgery to enquire if your prescription is ready

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
