Requests can also be made in writing. Please complete the tear off section on the right hand side of your repeat prescription. This can either be posted to us or dropped into the request box located in reception.
If you require your prescription to be posted to you please enclose an SAE.
If you prefer you can ring our repeat prescription line on 9070 9099.
After you have ordered your prescription, a chemist may collect it from the surgery on your behalf.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
